You’ll also create a simple decision filter you can use moving forward… a grounded way to recognize what’s supportive, what’s a clear no, and what’s quietly draining your energy right now.

Orientation & Clarity
Week One is about understanding how your business is meant to work, so you can stop guessing and start seeing patterns clearly.
We’ll look at how you’re currently making decisions, structuring offers, and showing up… and identify where friction is being created, not because you’re doing something wrong, but because the structure doesn’t fully fit.
You’ll begin to understand:
why certain strategies have never felt sustainable
where your energy is being drained unnecessarily
what needs clarity before anything else can move forward
Includes a 1:1 coaching session and voice support between calls, so you’re not left trying to figure things out on your own.
The goal of Week One isn’t to change everything.
It’s to create orientation… so the next steps actually make sense. -
Week 2:
Alignment & Direction
Week Two is about translating clarity into grounded direction…so you know what actually deserves your focus next.
We’ll audit your current offers, messaging, and sales process together to see what’s aligned, what’s creating friction, and what adjustments will make things feel clearer and more supportive.
You’ll create a personal decision filter you can use moving forward… a simple way to evaluate opportunities, strategies, and ideas based on what actually works for you.
From there, we’ll map a small set of aligned next steps, so you’re no longer holding everything at once and can move forward with intention instead of pressure.
Includes a 1:1 coaching session and voice support between calls, so you have clarity as questions come up and don’t have to figure things out alone.
